Jan Erchul has been a licensed Realtor for 27 years and a Broker for 25 years. Jan has lived in the Ely area since 1966 and has strong ties to the community and the Iron Range. She and her husband, Gary have 5 grown children who were educated in the Ely schools. Jan is an honor graduate of Tower-Soudan H.S. and began her working career with Paine Webber in Virginia, Minnesota & also worked for the school district in Ely before beginning her real estate career. She enjoys working with both Sellers and Buyers in helping them realize their dream of owning a home or relocating to another area.
