I was selling a townhouse in Waynesboro Pennsylvania and Jan helped me sell my townhouse so I could move to Maryland to be closer to my children and grandchildren she did a fabulous job she did all the negotiating all of the showings. She was referred to me by one of my best friends that is a realtor in Maryland but wasn’t a realtor in Pennsylvania I couldn’t of been happier with the job Jan did for me. Since that time when the pandemic hit Jan was trying to help the food banks in Frederick and I offered to give her donations from the store I worked for she was there on time every time I had donations for her just a wonderful person.

Jan sold our house for us after acting as our buying realtor a few years prior. We were happy to have the opportunity to work with her again, and just as before, she went above and beyond to make sure that everything was done in a timely and professional manner, keeping us in the loop every step of the way. Jan is the VERY best realtor that we have ever had the pleasure of working with and we have worked with several realtors and bought and sold multiple homes in multiple states over the past decade. Jan was so knowledgeable of what was happening in the market and so professional that we knew she would lead us through the process well and so personable that we felt an instant connection with her and really were able to trust that she had our needs and wants in mind.

One of the two homes we bought and sold with Jan had a seller issue that delayed our closing by over a month leaving us temporarily without a home while I was 9 months pregnant. Jan went so unbelievably far above and beyond to help us find temporary housing that we could bring our newborn home from the hospital. I have never heard of a realtor going so out of her way and so far beyond the scope of her job to help someone like that. It wasn't her problem to solve for us, but she did it anyway. I will be forever grateful to her for that.

If you want someone who truly will be looking to meet your needs, give you the attention that you need, will be responsive, smart, and thorough, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jan Gallart.

I feel we were lucky when we found Jan to be our realtor, this was our first home, but not our first realtor. I always enjoyed her patience, her kindness to our daughter (3 at the time, who joined us for most of our house tours). Jan, was upfront and honest, she would say "if it is not right for you we can turn around and leave and not waste anyone's time". The city we live in to get a good home right now is pretty competitive, but she was always on top of communicating, getting the paperwork done. If we were looking for a house again, I would use Jan. We have stayed in touch with her, and any other issues we have needed help on since, she is still responsive.
