Jan Holmstead

Jan Holmstead has been involved in real estate for over 20 years. She loves the relationships that come from collaborating with buyers and being able to bond with them through one of the biggest decisions in their lives. She works hard to educate herself about the market and about the process in this ever-changing business. She joined the real estate profession with her eye on working in the new construction niche and feels blessed to be working her dream job.

She is a Washingtonian by choice, moving to the Evergreen state in 2000 and loving the area, the people, and the beautiful scenery. Her time, not at work, is spent with her husband and three kids. She works in the community, volunteers with her church, and loves gardening.
