Jan is the best realtor around. Not only will she go out of her way to find you a home, she takes the time to find the RIGHT home. Unlike other realtors, Jan will tell you “this house is not yours” if the house does not match your requirements instead of trapping you in a mistake just to make money. She uses her years of experience and knowledge to find you the perfect home. She’s down to earth, easy going, and willing to go that extra mile. I plan to use Jan’s services for the entirety of my home owning / buying experience.

I met Jan fall 2021, I was being relocated from one state to another, I thought I know what I wanted, but not exactly. Jan helped me identify and define what Would be perfect for my family and I. As a first time home buyer navigation this process during a relocation can be stressful. Jan was very patient with me and is always available to answer a question or to tell me what I need to know. She definitely puts her clients first. I had a question and sent a text on thanksgiving and she responded!! I didn’t expect one until the next day. Jan remembers who you are and what is important to you, and really helped me find it. After many ups and downs I finally found my home, now she is very patiently walking me through the closing process. Her knowledge base is vast on many subjects and she has an excellent recall of properties and their key points. I will definitely work with Jan again.

I can’t speak highly enough of Jan as our real estate agent. Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics were much appreciated. We just sold our home and Jan made what was a stressful and difficult process as seamless as could be.
