Jan entered the real estate industry in 1983. With a commitment to value and quality, and laser focused instincts, Jan quickly became the number one Realtor® in her office. Not only was she successful immediately, but she also stayed consistently successful while establishing herself in the upscale luxury home market.
In 1994, she made the move to Keller Williams Realty. Attracted by their spirited style and aggressive approach to real estate sales, she and her husband Tom Lamphere helped open the first Keller Williams franchise in Dallas. Jan holds the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute) and CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist) designations.
She was born in Oklahoma City and graduated from Oklahoma State University. She also has a degree in Aviation Technology from Mountain View College and is a Certified Instrument Flight Instructor. Prior to getting into real estate, Jan was a corporate jet pilot and flew a Lear 25 for a Houston oil firm.
