Jana listened well to what I was looking for in a townhouse. She provided me with several options sometimes multiple times a day over a 3- day period. When I found the one I wanted, she made time to tour it that day. I authorized her to negotiate on my behalf and within 48 hours, we had a deal. She is experienced, attentive, persistent and a pleasure to work with. Would recommend to anyone buying, selling or renting a residence.

Jana is by far the best realtor I’ve ever had the please to work with. She helped us close on 2 homes, I recommend her to my daughter, and they just closed on a house last week with Jana’s help. She’s the best!

Jana is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. She really cares about her clients as well as the community and neighborhood she serves. She made what could have been a stressful and difficult process as seamless as could be- until talking with her, I was sure I wouldn’t be able to purchase a house in this market. The passion she has for her job shines through in every interaction, and you can tell that she loves every part of her job and wants the best for everyone she meets.

If you are looking for an agent to not only find you a house but connect with you to FULLY understand what your needs and goals are, then definitely work with Jana!

She is an amazing agent and an even more amazing person! I found her through Zillow I believe. I put in a request to view a home and it just so happened it fell to her which was the best luck of fate! With all our crazy needs and my indecisive boyfriend, she was still working her hardest to find us the home (farm) of our dreams!

We weren't able to find something that worked for us in Georgia and ended up looking in Florida. Even with that, Jana was still available to me to offer up solid guidance which was great coming from someone I already trusted. I now live in Florida and am still in touch with Jana and if I ever moved back to Georgia, I would not use any other agent but Jana!
