A dedicated, energetic, and knowledgeable negotiator, Janci has been serving the Denver, Boulder and Foothills communities of Colorado for over seven years now in her beloved field of residential real estate. Originally from Dallas, and California, Janci has lived in Denver for nearly twenty years. She is familiar with servicing all price points and gives each client her full attention, years of expertise, responsiveness, and attention to detail. Truly listening to each client’s needs and respecting those needs every step of the way whether it be selling, or buying is her number one goal. Along with keeping clients informed and engaged, she feels these are the most important aspects in keeping clients happy and getting to the closing table.

When not working she enjoys her college and high school aged children, her dogs, being outside in our beautiful state whether it be working out at the many beautiful parks we enjoy or in Vail where she has spent years with her family. Active in volunteering, dog rescue, charity work and more. She is grateful for her amazing network of friends and family here and our incredible quality of life in Colorado.
