As your typical couple would, we had a LOT of factors weighing into our search. Throughout the entire process Jane was an exceptional guide and resource. She was very quick to put tours and bids together and make adjustments based on whatever we needed or when something came up suddenly. She was always on the ball. She fought for us on every level to negotiate the best settlement, and finally got us through closing on an excellent home. Five stars, quite simply, insufficiently describes Jane's job performance. I need more stars, lots more stars to accurately describe Jane’s work Jane for our family. Jane was the first realtor to respond to my inquiries. In 48 hours Jane met me at the rental property and within 3 days, the property was listed, professionally photographed, receiving crazy responses. Jane is compassionate, empathetic (We were selling, instead, not of necessity, but for family my son is in chemotherapy and my wife is recovering from breast cancer). realistic, optimistic, motivated, explained details, and most importantly honest and ethical. Our listing highlighted improvements, while openly communicating every flaw and needed improvement to potential buyers. Are you ready for this.... After two days on the market, we had multiple offers. Day 3, accepted an offer and closed within the month. Jane Bloch is one of my all-time favorite people.
So yes, more stars are needed.

Jane is awesome! I am a first time home seller. I had previously listed my house for sale with a different agent, and after two months I had very few showings and no offers. I was beginning to think there was something seriously wrong with my house. Jane turned all of that around. She helped me with a price adjustment, some cosmetic improvements and much better photographs along with staging that gave my house a more “lived in” look. I was also super impressed with the glossy brochures she produced for giving to prospective buyers. Within a week of being listed, I received six offers for my house. Jane was great at walking me through the negotiation process, the inspection process and getting all my ducks in a row for the closing. Communication is very important to me, and throughout the process Jane was immediately available to answer questions through texts, e-mail or over the phone, and she kept me in the loop the entire time. When I am ready to buy or sell a house again in the future, I will definitely be hiring Jane to represent me.
