Jane has been a lynch pin in the success of our organization, constantly going above and beyond to help us grow our portfolio. She has a knack for identifying properties that have just the right amount of rehab requirements for our model. It would be an understatement to suggest the growth we've seen over the past 3 years would have been possible without her. She has become a close friend, colleague, and crucial member of the LAR Real Estate family. My relationship started with the first investment property I ever bought. Jane wasn't representing me, but actually was the seller of the duplex I purchased. Through that process I was greatly impressed with Jane's professionalism and personal touch. She understood my needs and was able to lend actionable advice. Following that transaction I fired my agent, and began working with Jane full-time due to her work ethic, understanding of investors needs, and ability to navigate through challenging circumstances. Since that moment, we've purchased 8 properties together (including my personal residence) and I've recommended her to numerous colleagues and friends, who've have all had a wonderful experience. She earns my highest praise day in and day out.
