Jane was great--professional, knowledgeable, patient, and always prepared with advice, ideas, and answers. She managed our offers and advocated for our best interests. Everything went just as she said--from open house, through the offers, and on to appraisal and closings. She made us feel as though we were her only clients. One thing we really appreciated was whenever a question/concern arose with the buyer, she did not bring it to our attention until she had either resolved it or had a solution to offer. When we settled on a new home, she connected us to good and reliable professionals who answered our questions in ways we could easily understand. I would (and will) recommend Jane to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home. I appreciated her expertise, patience, and integrity.

My wife and I met Jane at an open house about two years ago. At that time, we were casually looking at homes. She was the only realtor of about 3-4 that we met during that period that actually followed up with us to see what our needs were. We decided to hold off on buying at that time due to personal reasons, but Jane always kept in touch. When the time was right, Jane was always willing to show us any house we wanted to view. She is full of home buying/selling knowledge. She will go the extra mile for her clients. Jane always did everything she said she would do and plus some. When we found the house we wanted she quickly found repair people to get us quotes so we could negotiate our contract. She even took time out of her Sunday morning to meet a plumber at the house for estimates while we were at church. Jane was not just a realtor to us. She became a good friend who genuinely cared not just about getting us a house, but cared about the wellbeing of our family throughout the whole process. I could say a lot more, but in short, we highly recommend Jane as your realtor!!
