Jane is awesome! We now have purchased our third home with her help. My husband and I have used her previously for finding our starter homes and she is so pleasant to work with. She gives honest advice and with her background in engineering we really trust her guidance. We were able to purchase our family home in our dream area all thanks to Jane! Through the buying process she was always available to show us houses even on short notice. She is so fun to work with. Five years ago we barely knew her and this past year we invited her to our wedding because she has had such a large impact on our lives!! Buying a home is quite the process. As first time home buyers, my wife and I literally didn’t know the first thing about buying a house. On top of it all, the housing market was exploding. We needed a steady hand to guide us through the storm. Jane Coppinger was our steady hand. Jane could not have been more on top of the whole process. Not only did she communicate well, she knew the market and all the players involved. Jane expertly navigated us through the whole cast of characters you encounter when buying a home; lenders, loan officers, appraisers, inspectors, etc., and at no time did we ever feel uncomfortable. Jane knows the lingo, and made us feel like we were making best, well informed decision possible. It is imperative anyone getting into the current housing market find a great agent. We found one in Jane Coppinger.

We met Jane as she was hosting a home. We were not interested in that house, but through this process, we came in contact to call her when we found a home that we really wanted to see. ..this was on New Year's Eve Day. Jane quickly responded and set a time to show us the home AND sit down and come up with a contract for an offer on the house. Within a few days, she had our current home on the market...and we were lucky to get it sold within a couple of days.
Jane was always available when we had calls and questions. She is professional...and very kind. We appreciated her time, knowledge, and ability to assist us in all that we needed.

It’s too bad there are only 5 stars to give. We have used Jane for the sale of two homes. We were on the market for a total of 19 days. Combined! (One house we sold twice) both homes received full offers. Marketing quality, photos, staging and overall presentation online are premium.
