Jane Ferraro Kane was the perfect agent to locate the perfect house for my partner and me. Her mantra "I want buyers to not settle for less than just a house. This is your home." Living in Jamaica Queens, we would agree upon a least 3 properties per trip. She would express her real estate opinion on houses that we saw, but she would point out discrepancies that we as new homeowners would overlook. She would even encourage us to bid on some gems, offer her insider's price to for us to offer, but the home inspection would reveal deceitful dangerous discrepancies. She never cancelled an appointment and was always at the property before our scheduled appointment to familiarize herself like it was her own home. Thorough.
