You call and Jane picks up the on the spot! Jane is very patient and take the time to explain the process involved in real estate. I have a renovation and struggle for days to learn about architectural permit. I got frustrated and completed to abandon the project altogether but Jane walked me through the condo renovation process because she is an architect. She recommended two colleagues of her. in a matter of minutes she helped me save more than $3000 thanks to referrals. Jane save me money and provided invaluable advice regarding the renovation. Jane is a true professional who has valuable knowledge in the.fields of architecture and has an extensive experience helping buyers and sellers. She is highly reliable, a true expert who acts immediately on a promesse: I got a text within 5 minutes upon the conclusion of the conversation .Last but least, Jane would answer the phone even at 7 am. Now find other businesses who would match such availability? With Jane no messages go unanswered , a quality matched by very few. I met Jane at an open house and she quickly picked up on the type of home we were looking for. She knows this area very well and she called us immediately when homes became available so we were among the first to see the homes. She helped us understand the area and she pointed us to great lenders. She quickly found us a great home and helped us with all the details of the offer. She is a great resource and was always available to answer questions, provide guidance, and offer perspective. She is very responsive, personable, and professional to work with. We are still in the same home and enjoying it 18 years later.
