Jane Greenway

Jane Greenway joined Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty in 1986 and obtained her real estate license in 2000. A native of Nashville, Tennessee, Jane attended the University of Georgia from 1976-1980 with a major in English. She was a member of Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority. Jane’s interests include creative writing, advertising, music, and naturally, Georgia Football. She resides in Oconee County and has 2 daughters, Anna Layton Greenway, and Kathleen Greenway Kelley, and 2 beautiful granddaughters, Caroline Jane Kelley, and Collins Fitzgerald Kelley.

Currently an active member of the local, state, and national Boards of Realtors, Jane served as the 2017 President of the Athens Area Association of Realtors and was named Realtor of the Year in 2014. She has served on the AAAR Board of Directors for numerous years and currently serves as a State Director. Jane was a member 0f the AAAR Million Dollar Club from 2001-2008, AAAR Circle of Achievement 2009, 2014, 2015, AAAR Circle of Distinction 2016-2020 and is an AAAR Circle of Honor 2021 member. She was named an AAAR Bronze Phoenix Award recipient in 2014. She served as the AAAR Vice-President of Communications in 2015 and was Vice-President of Legislative Affairs in 2014. Having chaired the AAAR Public Relations, Membership and RPAC Committees, Jane feels that being involved with the local and state Boards of Realtors is an integral part of serving her clients and customers. She has been a Realtors Political Action Committee Major Investor from 2017-2021. A former President of the Athens Women's Council of Realtors, Jane has also been awarded numerous Coldwell Banker honors. The Athens Walk to End Alzheimer’s is her civic passion as she has chaired the Athens Walk and currently serves as the Co-Chair for the Sponsorship Committee. A former Board Member of the Athens Senior Resource Network Board of Directors, Jane served as PTO President, Vice President, and Secretary of Malcom Bridge Elementary School. Jane previously served on the Oconee County Citizens for Economic Growth Committee as well as Oconee County Zoning Committees.
