Jane Hayes

Signature One Properties was established in January 2002, based on the principles of honesty, integrity, and of course, “service at its best”. This is the work ethic Jane Hayes brought into her Real Estate career back in 1985. Since then, many customers and clients have experienced her commitment and dedication to the business and have chosen to repeat that experience by calling Jane with every Real Estate transaction. In her previous Real Estate company, Jane earned many prestigious awards and recognitions, and was consistently among the leaders in sales. She also earned her Accredited Buyer Representation (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designations. Jane’s experience, and her years of service on the Ethics and Professional Standards Committee have prepared her to take on the responsibilities of Principal Broker for the company.

Jane & Steve work out of a home office, so they can be available whenever the customer/client has a need. They are “tech capable” with regards to scanning, e-mailing, faxing, or whatever. They are portable with laptops and cell phones and can meet customers/clients anywhere with the ability to assist the needs on the fly. The obvious desire is to continue to provide “service at its best,” making every transaction enjoyable, exciting, and stress-free.
