Jane Hume

As a fourth generation Austinite and daughter of a prominent Texas Architect, Jane’s interest and record success in real estate has come very naturally. During summer breaks from college, she worked at her father’s architectural firm typing specifications and going on property inspections; not only learning certain aspects of construction and design but gaining appreciation and insight into the housing industry.

Jane and her family later moved to Santa Fe, New Mexico where she began her 15-year career in real estate. Her real estate business increased year after year as she assisted buyers, sellers, and investors, soon becoming one of the top performing realtors in a competitive and exclusive market.

Jane attributes much of her success to her passion for people and the enjoyment of the industry itself. “Selling real estate is not about houses, it’s about people. Listening to a client and hearing what will satisfy their needs is the hallmark of success.”

As a buyer’s agent, Jane is heralded for her perception, knowledge of the market, professional ethics, and strong negotiation skills.
