As a former principal broker of a small, high-producing agency in downtown Portsmouth and a member of two major development teams here on the Seacoast, I know the market on the coast of New Hampshire and Maine from all sides. I’m constantly assessing the trends in the marketplace on both a local and national level to provide unique solutions to my clients.

My longevity in real estate traces back to 1970 and has led me through a multi-million dollar producing career. While my practice specializes in listing and selling real estate, I have also developed and co-developed land, built homes, and been a part of the first condominium conversion of an apartment building in Portsmouth. These experiences allow me to bring a multifaceted knowledge base to both buyers and sellers across the residential and commercial markets.

As a local resident and New Hampshire native, I have raised my family in the Seacoast and participated gratefully and enthusiastically to make our community what it is and will continue to be. I have belonged to and fundraised for organizations that substantially contribute to that quality of life, including the Children’s Museum of Portsmouth, Friends of Odiorne State Park, State of New Hampshire Advisory Board to the Great Bay Estuarine Research Reserve, the Board of the Seacoast Land Trust and Art-Speak, the city of Portsmouth’s cultural commission.
