Jane was exceptionally patient as we looked for land for about a year. It was all long distance, so it involved her sending us listings followed by a lot of internet searching and ultimately trips to WV to check it out. We finally found a nice piece of land to build on, and worked it all out online - and while on vacation.

Jane accompanied us on almost a year-long search for a land lot. She was unwaveringly patient, responsive, and a fun partner. Jane was with through the disappointment when we lost a farmette to another bidder and when the lots that were interested proved to be a wrong choice. She kept looking for a suitable lot and was happy as we were when it materialized. Jane is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the area. I highly recommend her services!

Jane was wonderful to work with, very personable. She provided a phenomenal photographer, incidentally our home was purchased as a result of the photos. Her advice on preparation for showings was easy to work with. All appointments were scheduled within our agreed upon time frames, quite often 3 to 4 showings in a day. We strongly recommend and would definitely use again.
