She is the greatest she listed our home in NC had people touring home within two days. She is very helpful through the whole process from start to finish, also she will list house at price where other realtors just wanted to list it for low dollar because I felt like they didn’t want to put forth the effort like Jane did, Jane was always there anytime to answer any questions we had. She also sold home for fifteen-thousand over asking price. I recommend Jane for all your real estate needs.

Jane is an outstanding agent. She makes the entire process of home selling/buying, feel effortless. From day one, you gain a level of comfort, that is uncommon for the real estate field. Jane was AMAZING! Our Lincolnton home was purchased while we were living overseas and Jane’s ability to make us feel that we were her only clients was truly appreciated. Jane was cognizant of the time difference and responsive to our questions about the town and it’s market. She listened to and was respectful of what we were looking for. Jane was our eyes when we found a property that would work for us and went above and beyond during negotiations.

Jane is unlike other realtors who try to “up-sale” clients and that honesty and integrity is testament to her character. We look forward to working with her again.

Jane McGill is one of the best realtors hands down. She is very experienced in real estate, and always went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. Jane practices real estate with integrity, and took care of us like family. She’s reliable, and was always available when we needed her. My husband and i are young, first time, home buyers and we knew nothing about the home buying process, but Jane held our hand and led us every step of the way. Not once did she make us feel like a burden, or hesitate to come when we called her. She was always only one phone call away for every question, concern, or dilemma we had. She thoroughly educated us on the pros and cons of every home, and never made us feel obligated to go through with closing on a home for her benefit. She always wanted what was best for us, and because of that we got the home of our dreams. She truly had our best interest at heart.

I couldn’t ask for a better realtor! As a first-time homebuyer I knew nothing going into my home search. Jane made it unbelievably easy and straight forward. I can’t say enough good things about Jane! She is absolutely amazing! We met her when she was the buyer’s agent when we sold our home. She was so knowledgeable, thorough, and prompt. She took such good care of us and she wasn’t even our agent! We knew when we started looking to purchase a home that we wouldn’t even consider another agent, we just had to use her! She made the process so easy and we felt at ease the whole time. She truly loves her job and it shows in how well she treats her clients!
