Jane Potter started her real estate career in 2005, after spending several years in the private sector where she excelled in sales and marketing. From 2009-2018, Jane worked for the Virginia Division of Lennar, specializing in new home construction in Colonial Heritage, an Active Adult 55+ Community as Senior New Home Sales Consultant. Jane established the Ambassador and Discovery Programs for Lennar, and became a top-performing, award-winning sales representative, averaging 40 sales per year ($12M-15M annually in sales volume).

Jane joined Williamsburg Realty in 2018 as a real estate professional and was awarded Agent of the Year for the company in 2019!

Jane has helped so many people make Williamsburg home over the years. Jane is known for her knowledge of new home construction, strong negotiation skills, and experience in all facets of the real estate industry-marketing, staging, and selling homes.
