Jane is an excellent realtor who goes above and beyond for her clients. I have worked with Jane several times; she is well-versed and understands the local market. She is a great communicator and responds timely. Jane is also great with real estate investors, and I would highly recommend her.

I recently moved to Nashville and Jane did an excellent job with my search for a new home. She was always available to visit different showings, able to estimate closing and monthly costs and showed me what an offer would look like so I could be prepared when ready to proceed. Once I found a home I wanted to put an offer on, she was quick to draw up the paperwork. She showed me how to put in a solid and aggressive offer in this market and we won! Jane helped us purchase a house in East Nashville and then sell that same house two years later. She was very patient with us going through the process of finding the house in the first place and then went way beyond what a realtor is normally expected to do to help sell the house. We don't live in Nashville so trying to buy and then sell when we are not in town is difficult but she made the whole process very easy. We would highly recommend Jane.

Jane is the consummate professional with the experience to handle any foreseen and most importantly unforeseen problems that might occur in a transaction on any level.

I considered doing a “For Sale by Owner” but I’m so glad I didn’t and had Jane to do the heavy lifting when things got off course on my new construction home. There were so many critical nuances to the transaction that I would’ve missed and Jane caught them all. She communicates very well from start to finish and explains what’s going on in detail at every juncture.

Don’t make the mistake of using an inexperienced friend or family member who just got their license or only has a few transactions under their belt. Jane will work hard for you whether it be as a seller or buyers agent (I used her for both) and was worth every dollar of her commission and more. I highly recommend her and wouldn’t hesitate to use her again or recommend to anyone looking for an experienced professional realtor.

Jane is a great realtor to have on your side. She's thorough and on the ball. Jane is able to answer every question and if she isn't she does the research and follows up. She made herself available anytime my wife and i wanted to see a listing and found things that met all of our criteria. She's responsive to email, calls and texts at all times and helped us purchase a house that was in the price range and condition we were looking for. We highly recommend her for anyone looking for a realtor.

Jane is the best! We couldn't ask for a better agent. She is very professional and knows what she's doing. As a first time buyer, I had a lot of questions and she explained every detail to me no problem. She went above and beyond to help us find a home that was perfect for us. She's someone you can trust is looking out for your best interest. I highly recommend her and thankful we were lucky enough to have her as our agent.
