Jane Vergari

Jane Vergari has been involved in real estate sales and development since the late '70s, and in addition to consistently being acknowledged as one of Houlihan Lawrence's top producers, she was named by W Magazine as one of Westchester's Top Realtors.

Jane joined Houlihan Lawrence's Bronxville office in 2003 after a 27-year career in the executive search industry, transferring her sales and marketing skills to our firm. Her knowledge of Westchester County and its environs is widespread. While her business base is primarily in the lower county area, she has formed a Houlihan Lawrence partnership group allowing her to offer her clients additional communities to search for the ideal home, particularly Larchmont/New Rochelle, Mamaroneck, and Rye. She is a Licensed Associate Broker and a Certified Buyer Representative (CBR), working with sellers and buyers on properties ranging from co-operatives to multi-million dollar homes.

Jane has been part of the Westchester community her whole life. She grew up in Yonkers and has lived in neighborhoods spanning its borders from the Hudson River to Lawrence Park West. She and her family have lived in Bronxville Village since 1986, and both sons were educated in the Bronxville school system. Jane has always been involved in local and county-wide organizations. She has maintained an active role in various professional, civic, and community organizations, including the Westchester Italian Cultural Center; The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society - Team-in-Training; Gramatan Village; The Actor's Fund; and Cooley's Anemia. She is a member of the National, State, and Westchester Boards of Realtors. Jane earned a B.A. in Psychology from The College of New Rochelle, where she served as a member of the President's Circle.
