Janell Kolenc

Janell and her husband and three sons live in West Salem. They have been a part of the community for over 25 years. Her family was active in West Salem Little League for many seasons and attends West Salem Foursquare Church. Their three boys are West Salem High School graduates. Their oldest son is in college while their two youngest boys are active in the US Air Force. Janell enjoys spending time with her family snowmobiling, water skiing, camping and traveling.

Janell’s passion for real estate began in the late 1970’s in Albany, Oregon. She helped her dad, who was a realtor for over 30 years, at his office and with their family rentals. She learned a lot from him about true integrity, honesty and hard workmanship. She has taken what she learned from her dad and is creating a successful career for herself with HomeStar Brokers. She has been in the Real Estate business for 13 years.

Janell enjoys working with both buyers and sellers helping them to achieve their goals. She is with her clients every step of the process. From the first meeting until after the close of the transaction she puts her heart into her job. She works closely with lenders, appraisers, inspectors and other professionals to help make transactions as smooth as possible.
