Who gets into their dream home in their dream area in their first offer? We did! All thanks to Janella. I engaged Janella to be my agent as I began the process of selling my house. Having never done this before, I can’t express how valuable a resource Janella was in every aspect of the proceedings. She gently guided me in how to present my house in the best possible light, even as I was riddled with doubt as interest rates rose and buyer interest diminished. She was incredibly responsive to my every question at all times and even took on the burden of managing interactions with a myriad of third parties including HOA, contractors, etc. Janella is the absolute best!
