Janene was not the first realtor we interviewed. We had sat down with 2 other realtors before her. Janene stood out among them. She was confident and straight forward. We also felt she was aggressive enough to get our home sold quickly, which we needed to happen.

We had the privilege of working with Janene Spencer over the past several months. She is by far, the BEST realtor we ever had! We came across Janene when we called about a home she had listed. Originally we were assigned a realtor from our relocation company but after one conversation with Janene we asked to be transferred into her hands. In hind sight, it is one of the best decisions we've ever made. Upon contacting Jenene it was clearly evident that she is not the average realtor. Janene was quick to respond, going above and beyond- literally-as she drove a 30 mile radius to assist us in finding a home that would suit our needs. Working with Janene was an absolute pleasure. My wife and I were first time home buyers and found exactly what we were looking for in our first house. However, after having our offer accepted and having closed on the deal the seller began extending deadlines and breaking agreements (including keys at closing).
