About Janet

I have had a passion for all aspects of real estate since I was a child. From decorating my first apartment to purchasing and remodeling my first home in my early twenties. That first home purchase was a great sense of accomplishment as well as a wise investment. I want to help everyone have that experience and feel that pride.

My background in the real estate arena has been diverse; having worked in real estate marketing, development, appraisal and now to residential real estate sales.

Combining my love for real estate with my love for working with people, the transition to residential real estate sales seemed like the next step. Joining Intracoastal Realty was an obvious choice due to their prominent presence, exceptional reputation, and expertise in the Wilmington area.

I have been a resident in North Carolina since 2004 and have owned properties in California, Arizona, and Florida. You may find me in a warm sunny spot not far from the beach or on the golf course with my husband and son, but always ready to help you find your next investment or dream home.
