Janet Baxter

Janet Baxter is a Massachusetts native. She was born and raised in Cambridge, MA. She graduated from Cambridge High and Latin, and later attended Stonehill College. She lived in Avon, MA with her husband and two children for over 30 years. Janet was an administrative assistant at the Polaroid company for several years before entering the Real Estate field. Janet was drawn to real estate because she enjoyed meeting new people and helping others. She became a licensed Real Estate agent in 1987 and has been busy facilitating real estate transactions across Massachusetts ever since. With over 30 years of sales experience and 10 years of managerial experience, Janet has extensive knowledge in all aspects of the real estate field. She is a trusted advisor, a skilled negotiator, and a loyal friend to all that she serves. A real “people person,” Janet always takes the time to get to know her clients so that she can meet their unique, individual needs. Janet’s client-focused approach, along with her expert knowledge in the field, puts her in high demand. When she has a little free time, she enjoys reading, spending time with friends and family, checking-in on past clients, and spoiling her three beautiful grandchildren.
