About Janet

For over 30 years, Indianapolis has been her home. It is where her husband, Phil, and she raised their three children and developed many wonderful friendships. It is where they learned that community matters and that great communities are filled with people with a “can-do” attitude. To her, Indianapolis is one of the best-kept secrets in the country as far as wonderful places to live. They may not have an ocean or mountains, but they have a plethora of things to do and see, not to mention their famous Hoosier hospitality! After graduating from DePauw University, she began her career as a registered nurse and participated in the many hats that a nurse wears, but always her favorite part was in the relationships she built with patients and colleagues. It is this love of relationship building that she continues today as a realtor. It is truly a joy for her when her clients become her friends. She has many interests: traveling, sailing, running, biking, and as a self-proclaimed Foodie she enjoys not just going to restaurants, but also cooking at home and entertaining friends and family. On a typical spring, summer or fall weekend, you will find Phil and her grilling out and entertaining on their fabulous, screened porch and patio area. You may also find them biking all over town to try a new restaurant, stop at one of the many craft breweries or just taking in all there is to do along the Monon Trail, Cultural Trail and Canal Towpath. In 2017, her daughter, Ellie, joined her in the real estate business and their team was formed. They now represent third and fourth generation Realtors, following in the steps of her mother and grandmother.
