My wife and I moved to the Cuyahoga Falls area for medical residency. When we were house shopping, we were finishing up school in Tennessee. Janet had an hour long introductory meeting getting to know us and what we wanted in a house. As houses began to pop up, she went to walk, video record and zoom call different properties. She would show us each home in detail, evening going as far as measuring the garage for us. She went above and beyond. Now, 6 months after purchasing the house, Janet left us a beautiful wreath to put on our door. I would recommend Janet to anyone and would use her and her team again.

Words are not enough to justify Janet's contribution to our house hunting journey, especially in this seller's market. As first-time homebuyers (me, My husband & my furbaby Dora), we were lucky enough to meet Janet who walked us through the entire procedure (in layman's language) in our very first meeting. She was patient enough to answer each of our questions throughout this entire journey. She was always first in any open house tours we requested. Moreover, she always asked our opinion after each of our visits which helped us to be the proud owner of our current house in the desired neighborhood. Her coordination and swiftness helped us to place a nice offer on the house and eventually get the house. Her assistance goes beyond the client & realtor relationship. Her super nice & thoughtful gifts along with a personal message on our move-in day were incredible. I loved how she remembered my Furbaby's name and brought so many gifts for my Dora (which she loved BTW :) ). Her assurance of further assistance (even if we are not her present client) delighted us to great extent. If we ever decide to buy another house or to sell the current house, Janet will be our only choice.

I went with Janet for several reasons. Let me start by saying I have quite a few friends in real estate so it wasn't just throwing darts at a phone book. I went with Janet because I was looking at a rental property for myself my wife and our kids. This was during covid and lots of things and people just weren't going out. Well I had lots of questions about this property and she was very astute and on top of all my questions getting back to me very quickly. She addressed any and all concerns I had. I know that something like a rental property handled by her company wasn't a huge revenue generator. Yet she handled it like I was buying a million dollar house. So I Told her when I look to buy I will definitely be buying through her. Over that year in the rental property she hand delivered some very nice holiday gifts for us. So fast forward a year and we are in the market for a home of our own. I called her with my pre approval letter and it began. We were very aggressive in our search as we were on a short timeline. We must have looked at 15 houses and bid on about 4 or 5 but kept losing out. So we were frustrated about it all and found one for sale by owner she called the homeowner and explaind our misfortunes to him. So we looked at the house and bid on it and he accepted our offer. I believe he only accepted it because she took the time to speak with him. She will get alll my business and everyone I know that will listen to my story as she's the best. I highly recommend her as your realtor as well.

Covid 19 has made house buying a very interesting endeavor. We had to relocate to the Kent area from out of state. We researched realtors in the area and zeroed in on Janet due to the number of listings she has moved and positive reviews. After a few emails and phone calls, she started looking immediately and peppered us with all kinds of listings that were in line with our budget, desired home size and neighborhood. We did everything virtually and she made it a breeze. The current market is very hot and deals were being made literally hours after the listing was made. We found a few places and we did facetime tours and it helped her team to determine our likes and dislikes. July 3rd a house was posted and within 48 hours we had it under contract, yes we bought a house site unseen and are not disappointed in the least. We have had many homes at various places around the country and doing business with Janet and her team was the best experience we have ever had with a realtor. When researching online for a real estate agent, it was Janet’s great feedback that prompted me to make the initial call. After meeting Janet and discussing our home we wanted to list, the few concerns and what we were needing from her, it solidified we had made the right choice to represent us.
