About Janet

Janet is a proud, energized agent for California Outdoor Properties. Becoming a real estate agent has always been her dream. Janet grew up on the central coast of California where she received her BA and MA at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Janet’s current home is in the historic Gold Rush town of Jackson, CA. She loves the outdoors and spends a lot of time exploring, kayaking, and hiking in the Sierra Nevadas. Her fondest memories as a child are fishing in the Sierra City, on the North Yuba River, for Browns using Hellgrammites. When she is not helping one of her clients, she can still be found reeling a few Bass at one of her favorite ponds.

She loves helping people and communicates very well. She has spent the majority of her career in the Educational Administration/Teaching Field; retired after 33 years. She gained invaluable experiences in areas such as communication, organization, listening, and problem-solving with people of all ages. Helping buyers and sellers with their outdoor property needs is second nature to Janet. Whether it’s a cabin by the creek or the family farm, ranch, or vineyard, Janet’s 100% dedication shines through every transaction.
