The real estate business aligns with my desire of wanting to enrich the lives of the people I serve and the place that I live. My earlier background in theater and sales gave me lessons in empathy and listening skills that help me get to the heart of the wants and needs of others. I also use and build upon these communication strengths when negotiating on my client’s behalf. I am known to be patient, friendly, and flexible while I keep my clients interests my top priority as we work together through the real estate transaction.
Over the years as a full time professional, I have helped hundreds of buyers and sellers fulfill their real estate goals. I am consistently recognized by Coldwell Banker Bain with production awards and more importantly, have earned specialized designations that reflect a passion for mastering my craft in order to better serve clients.
As a broker with Coldwell Banker Bain, I am armed with tools and systems that provide clients with the resources and information they need to make informed decisions and achieve satisfying results when buying and selling property.
I have spent most of my life in the Portland Metro area. I love the forested beauty of the Pacific NW! In my spare time I enjoy listening to music, watching a good mystery show and spending time with friends and family. I also love learning about our native flora and fauna, and I put that knowledge to use in my small urban garden.
