Janet K. Higgins, Real Estate Broker/Owner of ACTIVE LIFESTYLES REALTY LLC, offers more than 35+ years of real estate sales experience and is knowledgeable in all aspects of the resales market.

Originally from Dayton, Ohio, attended Sinclair College, majoring in Business and specifically Real Estate. She has maintained a real estate brokers license in the State of Florida for many years. “I have the opportunity of being taught by some of the best in the business who instilled in me the desire to become a student of the business and learn everything I can associated with it. I attend training and various continuing education formats to stay abreast of the laws and practices required to do a professional job for my clients”, says Janet. “Being of service to the client is the most important and fulfilling aspect of my job as a real estate professional.”
