About Janet

As a watercolor artist I love the creation process in particular watching a painting unfold through the details working patiently to allow the medium to bring out a subjects three dimensional qualities. Watercolor is challenging and requires focused intention to pay attention along with patience to ensure your painting doesn't become water burdened. It takes a lot of practice and requires a lot of layering waiting for each level to dry so you can continue to paint until your arrive where you're happy with it.


It is the same process involved working with people to buy or sell a home. Discovering what each client needs and wants requires the same artful focused intention to listen to their life story and wait for the next phase of the process to unfold for them. I find an artists pleasure working with my clients as we discover together their innate desires. Bringing that intention and awareness to my business practice invokes qualities that can produce a masterpiece in someones life by buying the right home or selling a home the right way for them.


I believe clients benefit from this perspective along with my 18 yrs experience in Arizona residential real estate. I have developed the art of working with people in a timely and patient manner that can produce amazing results for the client and offers opportunity for genuine, life long relationships to develop.

Janet Love has been our real estate agent over the past 6 months as we looked at and acquired a new multifamily property Phoenix. We currently own multiple properties in California and Arizona. Janet is, by leaps and bounds, better than any agent we have used for both commercial to residential transactions. Janet has worked harder and smarter, than other Phoenix agents have, on very similar properties. Janet’s breadth of knowledge is incredible and if she cannot answer a question, she does not even attempt to beat around the bush; she gives her experienced opinion and then uses her experience to get the appropriate answer. During our working relationship with Janet she has always been an advocate for us as a buyer, which we view as the most important aspect of the transaction. Over 6 months, we initiated multiple offers on multifamily properties and Janet was always prepared and made herself available 7 days a week.
