I have utilized Janet's services for many years now and can not say enough good things about her! I first used her to to purchase my first home. Janet had the most patience with us as we weren't sure what all we were getting into. We had a lot of "wants" and were looking all over our state. Janet sought out homes that met our many demands and was more than willing to drive to the extremely rural areas we were interested in. Janet not only showed us houses but she took the time to help explain processes that we would be experiencing as well as the bills we would incur with power and water. I got far more than a relator that shows houses... I got a professional who cared more about us than herself. Janet was 100% accessable, honest, respectful, and caring from start to finish.

Buying and selling a home is never a “fun” process BUT Janet certainly made our experience one to remember. She was always professional and kept us completely informed on every little detail. Working with someone who is very knowledgeable and detail oriented made the home buying process seem less scary for me personally. Janet was our advocate and fought to make sure we got the best deal possible. We don’t plan on moving anytime soon but when we do, Janet will be the one we call for sure.

Janet did a fantastic job helping me find the right house in a hectic housing market! She was very responsive and was able to meet with me on short notice to do a walkthrough of a house. When putting offers on houses or deciding the best price to consider, Janet did thorough research of the neighborhood and made sure I was making the best decision possible. I highly recommend Janet to anyone considering buying or selling!
