Janet Nichols

Jan has lived in the Triangle area of North Carolina for more than 30 years. During that time she has lived in Orange, Chatham and Durham counties and worked in Chapel Hill, RTP, and Raleigh. Jan knows the Triangle and can provide truly personal assistance to someone searching for the perfect home.

Jan has a diverse background including work in Theatre and Television production, Special Events, Development and Fundraising, and Community Outreach, Technology. She has served on community Boards and committees including, The Chatham Arts Council Board, Sustainable Prosperity Inc Board, NC Community Shares Board, Durham Dispute Settlement Board, Southern Regional Development Initiative Board, and Chatham County Human Relations Commission. Jan has served three terms as Chair of the Chatham County Democratic Party, and as a chair of the 2015 NC Democratic Party Credential Committee.
