About Janet

A life-long resident of Gorham, she earned her New Hampshire real estate license in Spring 2016 and just recently in May 2020 earned her Maine license as well. She passed her brokers exam in 2021 and in September 2021, became managing broker of the Berlin office. She has been involved in Property Management in Jackson, Conway and Berlin and she really enjoyed it. Getting her real estate license seemed the logical next step. She wants to help fulfill people’s dreams of owning a home. In addition to her background in Property Management, she brings strong people skills to her new endeavor. She has worked for Northern Human Services for 26years as a Program Director—and she has a Bachelor’s in Human Services from Springfield College in St. Johnsbury, Vermont. She is the mother of two daughters ages 24 and 29 and she has been involved in local nonprofits for many years. Currently she sits on the Community Impact Committee for the Northern Region of Granite United Way, and formerly on the Board of Directors. Previously she was a committee member and team captain for the Relay for Life, and served on the Gorham High School Chem-Free committee. In 2014, she received the Volunteer of the Year award for Granite United Way.
