After speaking to Janet for 5 minutes we were so impressed with her teaching attitude, patience and attentiveness that we switched real estate agents and hired them when we were near ready to make an offer on a property. They are very easy to work with always answered our calls or got back to us in a reasonable time, and followed up on every single question we had, If they didn't have an answer the found the person that did. They gave excellent service every step of the way from and recommended excellent vendors for us to have inspections and appraisals carried out. I honestly have a harder time buying food at subway than buying a home with them. Will definitely be the first person we reach out to when we're ready to buy more investment properties or a change homes.

Janet was my realtor when I sold my house. I had already moved to another state when I put my house up for sale. Since I was an absent seller Janet took care of everything for me. She arranged any repair that were needed. She even painted the ceiling in one bedroom herself after some repairs were made. Janet puts in over and above what her job description is. Was introduced to Janet and Terry Padalino about 4 months or more ago while looking at some property. I called Terry first and ask some questions about the land. Terry was very informative and answered all my questions. Janet and Terry made a visit to my home. During that visit after speaking to them I decided to sell my land with them.
