Janet Price

Janet Price, a long-time Alexandria resident, is celebrating 27 years in the residential real estate industry, all within the Northern Virginia Market. Each year she has ranked among the top agents while surpassing the $30 million mark in sales in 2020. She joined McEnearney Associates in 2007 and earned the coveted NVAR Lifetime Top Producer award that same year. In 2016 she earned the Fifteen Year NVAR Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club designation.

Janet’s hallmark and that of McEnearney Associates corporate-wide is that of the utmost honesty and integrity. She revels in the daily challenge of matching the goals of buyers and sellers while bringing those often-competing factions to a common ground closing table.

Price resides in the Belle Haven section of Alexandria with her husband Rick, a commercial lender and author, and nearby, having returned to their great city, is daughter Sara who is a Burgundy Farm

Additionally, Janet is a Country Day School lifer, a Bishop Ireton graduate and a 2020 College of Charleston graduate.
