Janet Sullivan

Janet Sullivan obtained her NC real estate license in November 2017 while serving as the office manager for A New Dawn Realty in 2016.

Having recently returned from a 17-year residence in Shallotte, Janet is thrilled to be back in her hometown, collaborating with friends she considers as family at A New Dawn Realty. She finds joy in being part of a smart, successful, and supportive group.

With a natural inclination for helping people, Janet sees her role in real estate as an opportunity to guide and assist individuals in achieving their goals in this challenging yet rewarding field.

During her leisure time, Janet indulges in listening to music, occasional singing, watching her favorite shows and movies, and nurturing her love for flowers and nature. Blessed with a beautiful family, she also enjoys visiting friends at the beach whenever possible.
