About Janette

Janette, a native Arkansan, was born in Malvern, however, she moved to California with her parents when she was 9. She has been a California Licensed Real Estate Agent for over thirty years, working under her husband’s brokerage company. She also held her Interior Decorator License there which has proven to be a real bonus when selling a home and helping clients decorate it.

In 2015, while visiting relatives in Hot Springs I visited Hot Springs Village for the first time. Awed by the security-gated community, beautiful golf courses, and awesome lakes, i bought a home that weekend. The success of nightly rentals within the Village, led me to purchase several other properties while still living out of state. Upon moving to Arkansas, i decided to get my livense and work for Kimberly and David Taylor, at Taylor Realty Group HSV. As a Platinum Level Award Winning Realtor®, I specialize with the buying/selling of homes & townhomes within Hot Springs Village.
