Janette helped us sell our South Philly row home last Summer. It needed some cosmetic help on a tight budget and she had lots of smart suggestions! It turned out super cute and sold fast for above asking (and for way more than it would have, had we done nothing).
Not only did her eye for design and detail max out our profit, she was pleasant to work with and always available when we had questions or concerns. She really knows her stuff. Great taste AND a great person! ☺ I highly recommend!

Janette has been the best. I was relocating to Philly area from out of state and needed to find a house. I ended up falling in love with the first house though she had sent me multiple listings to consider and checked in with me every step. Janette took time to better understand what I needed from a house and gave me great recommendations for all other services involved with home buying. Her team was very proactive with communicating information and helped keep me organized on my short timeline.

Although perhaps an atypical scenario, she was able to help us find our home AND be moved in, in less than 2 months! Her expertise, knowledge and constant communication really made the process an easy one. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for, or even considering purchasing a home.

Janette is the best real agent I've ever worked with. I've bought/sold homes in Boston, NYC, and now Philly, so I've got a decent amount of experience working with different realtors in different areas. We decided to move in the midst of the pandemic to get more space to account for working at home and kids doing remote schooling. We initially got in touch with another realtor through a referral but she had done most of her work in the suburbs and didn't have the expert knowledge of the city and in particular of South Philly that we felt could really help us as new residents of the city. Another friend recommended Janette and she was great from day 1. Super responsive via email and text. As soon as we had our offer accepted, she sent Google Calendar invites to remind us of key milestones (why doesn't everyone do this???). We had a bit of anxiety (as all buyers do) and she had a good balance of keeping us calm while also acknowledging our concerns. Finally, she fought for us even down to the last day -- in all the home transactions I've been a part of, I've never had anything stand out on the final walkthrough but it happened this time. Janette used it as an opportunity to make sure we were protected in case it was really a serious issue and worked with all parties to come to an agreeable settlement without derailing the closing. I highly recommend Janette, especially if you are looking to buy/sell in South Philly since she lives in the area herself. So much of real estate, especially in Philly as I'm discovering, varies from block to block. Even getting down to the neighborhood level isn't enough as some blocks are much more desirable than others, even if they're just the next block over! You want a local expert like Janette guiding you through the process.

Janette is the best! We were looking to buy our first home, and she was so knowledgeable and patient while she walked us through the entire process. She asked great questions to help us figure out what we wanted, and when it came to negotiations and purchasing our home, she was with us every step of the way. She was incredibly responsive and did the right amount of follow up (stayed in touch, but wasn't pushy at ALL which was really nice). She even gave us recommendations for contractors we can use, and they all talk about how much they enjoy working with her. 100000000000/10 recommend working with her! Everyone we met from her team during the process was really nice as well.

We decided to buy our first home in Philadelphia. Neither one of us had lived in the city before, so, naturally, we had a million questions. Janette was recommended to us by friends of ours who had used her to buy their home, and after working with her I would absolutely recommend her to anyone. Especially first time buyers like ourselves! She happily answered any questions we had, and it became apparent early in the process how valuable a resource she would be to us. Her depth of knowledge made the process much less stressful than it could have been, and we still remark how dealing with her was the easiest part of the entire process!
