Janice was born and raised in Singapore where she quickly became fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, Hokkien(Taiwanese dialect), and of course English. Her fluency in these languages and dialects has fostered and helped to establish successful alliances and global relationships within international market.

In 2001 Janice emigrated to the US through Malibu, California where she became a successful restauranteur in the Fashion District of Downtown Los Angeles area. Her continued commitment to excellence once again became the solid foundation to her future Real Estate career.

In 2008, Janice relocated to Palm Springs and became a full-time desert resident.
