Janice Dinkel

Janice is a native Columbian and has extensive knowledge of the greater Metropolitan area. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Affairs from Columbia College and has held positions in the Banking and Public Service Industry prior to her Real Estate Career. She has been selling real estate full time since 1996 and is a multi-million dollar producer. She believes it takes a unique blend of marketing skills, an abundance of hard work and product knowledge to reach the closing table. She understands the market and knows how to work with other agents, appraisers and lenders and her clients are her top priority.
