Janice Geddes

What Janice enjoys most about her career in real estate is guiding people home! She loves helping buyers find the perfect home and helping sellers navigate the often-underestimated process of selling their homes. She is a resident of Cumberland with 26 years of real estate experience. She has been a member of the Coleman team for 10 years and she holds both Graduate Realtor Institute and E-Pro certifications. She is also a graduate of Southwest Missouri State University with a BS in Therapeutic Recreation. In addition to being a Multi-Million Producer as a Coleman Associate, she is also a member of the Northern Rhode Island Board of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the Rhode Island Association of Realtors. She enjoys serving her community as Co-President of the Cumberland High School Parent Advisory Council and as a volunteer for Adopt-a-Family.
