Janice Hourihan

Buying and selling real estate, either your first home, or one of many, does not have to be stressful and complicated. During the past 18 years, Janice Hourihan has successfully counseled her clients to achieve their real estate goals. Honest communication, detailed market knowledge, superior negotiating skills, and attention to detail are her work ethic. She takes pride in sharpening her skills by attending advanced seminars, obtaining selected real estate designations, providing “boots on the ground” market research, and most of all, by listening and hearing her clients. What is in the best interest of my clients is her only interest. She works for her clients.

Her husband, Dan, and she enjoys playing golf, hiking with our 2 rescue dogs, Kodi and Remy, experiencing all the outdoor activities in the Valley of the Sun – cultural festivals, art fairs, spring training, the Arabian Horse Show, concerts, museums, and the quiet times, reading and relaxing by the pool. We support the Animals Benefit Club AZ, a no kill shelter, the Desert Botanical Gardens and Sunshine Acres Children’s Home.
