From the moment we first met Janice, we knew that we were working with a professional. Her experience and wisdom was evident, but more importantly we noticed her warmth and kindness. She provided market comps that turned out to be very accurate and professionally positioned our home with excellent marketing collateral. I especially liked how she created urgency with offer deadlines and helped us select the best offer based on several factors, not just on the highest price. Janice did a superb and very professional job selling my mother's house in Arlington. She throughly researched the surrounding neightborhood so that we could establish a strategically sound listing price, produced very professional marketing materials & photos, and established and executed a very sound plan for conducitng open houses. As a result, we received an offer well above list after only four days on the market. She also coordinated and oversaw a very smooth closing process. I will definitely engage her if I ever sell my own home and would whole-heartedly recommend her to anyone else.

Janice is terrific at her job! Janice is extremely professional and thorough and really cares about the needs of her clients. She has extensive experience in the real estate business and this acumen showed very well through every step of our home buying process. She is kind, generous with her time and also firm when it comes to negotiations and will not settle. I cannot emphasize how smooth she made our entire house buying process and this was especially important given that we are first time home buyers. Janice also has vast knowledge about home ownership and maintenance. She has been at our beck and call, helping us with directing us to the right resources, even after we have purchased a house. I strongly recommend Janice for your next home buying/selling project and I would work with her in a heartbeat, if I were to do this again in the future.

Janice deserves 10 stars! I have been looking for the perfect home for over 2 YEARS with Janice and she has patiently and professionally stood by me the entire time. She is the perfect person to have in your corner while buying or selling a property and I genuinely don't think I'd be in my home today without her. From the first meeting to the very end, Janice was thoroughly professional, friendly, wise. Her experience showed at every step. Janice was able to advise us and guide us along the entire process, Encouraging us along every step, she gave us a timeline for all the projects that needed to be completed, from fixing things, to painting, to cleaning and then staging the house. Her good taste in presentation helped sell the house. Janice was able to recommend excellent workers, from a handiman who obviously knew what he was doing and how to do it well, to painters who did a great job, to a cleaning service that helped us leave the house ready for immediate move-in. Janice made it possible for us to concentrate on the actual move, knowing that we could trust her, in that she was in total control of her part of the process--preparing and selling our house to the best possible buyer. Janice is simply the best. We are very grateful!
