Jan is the absolute best! If we could give her 10 stars, we would. Jan is knowledgeable, professional, and really listens to what we were looking for in a home. This is our second time using Jan to both buy and sell our home, and we would NEVER choose anyone else to trust with this process.

As the sellers, Jan gave us excellent advice as to what fixes to do to bring the value of our home to the price point we were hoping to sell at. Since we purchased new construction, Jan worked with us to ensure the timing our our current home hitting the market was perfect so that we didn't worry about what to do if our home sold before we could get into the new home. Her advice was invaluable and she always made sure we understood and would reiterate points if it was clear we were confused. She also was so accommodating of our schedules as working parents with two kids under 2 and also 2 dogs!

As buyers, Jan really listened to what it was about our current home we felt was lacking as our family grew and worked to find us multiple options (new and existing) that met our needs. In the market in 2022, we were a bit nervous to buy at such a higher price point than we were when we bought our first home, and Jan never pressured us. She always made it clear that she would be available whenever we were ready, whether that be now or in the future. We really appreciated her honesty and caring. She treats everyone the way she'd want herself or her family to be treated, and that cannot be commended enough. When we went with new construction, Jan still did not stop in her assistance. Offering insight as to what features we were adding and even attending our final walkthrough with the construction manager with us to point out anything we might have missed.

We are forever grateful to Jan for her help and truly think she is the best realtor. Anyone is lucky to work with this hard-working, kind woman!

Jan took the time to get to know us, answered our questions, gave guidance 1st time buyers require. We were never left wondering when she’d return out calls or texts, it was with in minutes, and most importantly if she didn’t have the answers she got them for us. I honestly don’t know how we could have made it through the buying process with her. She has become a someone I’d call a friend over these few months and could never thank her enough.

Jan is phenomenal to work with! She is professional and easy to talk to. She understood what we were looking for and was able to interpret our non-industry descriptions of wants/needs and provide us with options that met them. Jan's caring attitude and knowledge really make her an invaluable asset to have when finding and selling your home. Doing both simultaneously was a bit overwhelming at first, but she ensured that we completely understood each step in the process. As a buyer in a market where not many homes were hitting the market, she kept us reassured and never made us feel pressured. She made sure that the home we bought truly is what we were looking for and is perfect! Jan was available for texts and calls and was regularly sending new listings for us to review and offering to meet us whenever was most convenient for us. Jan truly knows what she is doing to prepare your home to sell too! She knows how to set up your home to display it at its best. I am so appreciative for her knowledge and advice. Jan suggested we list our home as "Coming Soon" and that advice is what I think led us to have such a great first weekend on the market!
