Janice Rosenberg

Janice and her husband, Norm, moved to Raleigh in 1984. They now have three daughters and five grandchildren. When not working, Janice enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing tennis, boating and traveling.

As Team Leader, Janice uses her experience in real estate since 1988 to make the buying or selling process as stress free for our clients as possible. As a result, she has assembled a group of professionals, who specialize in doing what they love, which in turn, greatly benefits our clients.

Janice makes it a priority to remain easily accessible and is always dependable. She negotiates for the maximum benefit of our clients and keeps them informed every step of the way. As a result, we are able to negotiate 4% more of the selling price than the average agent. That means if a home is listed at $300,000, we typically get about $12,000 more than most other agents. Janice always works hard to stay in the loop on everything that is going on with our sellers and buyers.
