Janice Spearbeck

Born in Virginia, and raised in Southern Maryland, Janice has been in the DC Metro region for her entire life. Janice started her career in real estate in early 2014 after graduating from Elon University (Go Phoenix!) and believes in creating a smooth and low stress process for all her clients. In 2018 Janice was named one of the National Association of Realtors and Realtor Magazine’s 30 under 30 honoree for 2018. She was featured in Realtor Magazine, Re View magazine and Washingtonian Magazine for being a top agent in the region. She works tirelessly to ensure that her clients are treated fairly, honestly, and recognizes that her value is in negotiating and managing her clients’ real estate process from start to finish.
