Janice Wehmann

Janice is originally from Darien, CT. She married her high school sweetheart and they are now in business together at HPW. She has three grown children and 6 grandchildren. They are all married and live in this area. After teaching school for almost 20 years Jan decided to go into the Real Estate business. Her father was in the Real Estate business as well so it seems to run in the family. Jan's son is in the Commercial Real Estate business.

Some of her hobbies are traveling, dancing and decorating. She especially loves to take cruises to different parts of the world.

Jan enjoys working with a variety of sellers and buyers. She is very dedicated to her customers and their needs.
